Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general document, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that particular offer.

Section 6

Account Suspension & Closure
bd jelly reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or KYC documentation
- Suspected or confirmed underage access
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, payment fraud, or identity theft
- Suspected or confirmed money laundering or structuring of deposits
- Bonus abuse as described in Section 5
- Use of prohibited software or automated wagering tools
- Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour directed at bd jelly staff
- A request by the player for voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (including voluntary self-exclusion), any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of pending KYC verification.
